Personal data protection and cookies

Personal data controller:

The personal data controller, i.e. the entity that processes the personal data of the data subject, is the company Ing. Eduard Dunčič - ORAVA TOUR, Company ID: 33755272, registered in the District Office Námestovo, Trade Register Number: 507-2600, VAT Number: 1020472662 VAT Number: SK1020472662 (hereinafter referred to as the "Controller"). When processing your personal data, the Controller proceeds in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation) and in accordance with Act No. 18/2018 Coll. on the protection of personal data and on the amendment and supplementation of certain acts.

Purposes and legal basis for processing personal data:
The controller processes personal data of data subjects only to the extent necessary to fulfill the purpose and business conditions.
Period of retention of personal data:
The controller will store personal data in a form that allows identification of the data subject at the latest as long as it is necessary to achieve the purpose for which the personal data are processed and/or to exercise legal claims. The controller will store personal data at the latest until the end of the period, unless the data subject exercises his or her right to withdraw consent to the processing of personal data earlier. The controller will store personal data at the latest as long as it is necessary to fulfill obligations under a special regulation.

Identification of recipients of personal data:
The controller is not authorized to provide personal data of data subjects to any third parties except the Processor.

Rights of data subjects:
If the legal basis for the processing of personal data of the data subject is their consent, the data subject may withdraw their consent at any time to the email address below. The withdrawal of consent does not affect the lawfulness of processing based on consent that was previously given before its withdrawal. The data subject has the right to withdraw their consent at any time by sending an e-mail to the following address: rancuedyho@rancuedyho.sk

The data subject has the right to request from the Controller confirmation of whether or not the personal data of the data subject are being processed, and if so, to request information about the processing of personal data concerning the data subject.
The data subject has the right to correct personal data concerning him or her. In order to ensure the accuracy of the personal data of the data subject, each data subject is obliged to notify the Controller of accurate and truthful personal data and any changes to personal data that the data subject has provided to the Controller.
The data subject has the right to the portability of personal data concerning him or her, which he or she has provided to the Controller, in a structured, commonly used and machine-readable format, if the personal data of the data subject are processed in an automated manner and on the basis of contracts or the consent of the data subject and before the expiry of the period for storing the personal data. The exercise of this right must not have adverse consequences for the rights of other persons.
The data subject has the right to the destruction of personal data (right to erasure of personal data) which are the subject of processing if there has been a violation of the law, or on the basis of the withdrawal of consent or if the purpose of the processing has ended or after the expiry of the period for storing the personal data. The right to the destruction of personal data does not apply if the processing of personal data is necessary for: exercising the right to freedom of expression or exercising the right to information, fulfilling obligations under Act No. 18/2018 on the protection of personal data and on amendments and supplements to other laws (effective from 25.5.2018) or a special regulation, the exercise of a legal claim for archiving purposes, for scientific purposes, for historical research purposes or for statistical purposes pursuant to Section 78, paragraph 8, if it is likely that the right pursuant to paragraph 1 will make it impossible or seriously impede the achievement of the objectives of such processing.
The right to restrict the processing of personal data if: the data subject objects to the accuracy of the personal data, during a period enabling the Controller to verify the accuracy of the personal data, the processing of personal data is unlawful and the data subject objects to the erasure of the personal data and requests the restriction of their use instead, the Controller no longer needs the personal data for the purpose of processing personal data, but the data subject needs them to exercise a legal claim, or the data subject objects to the processing of personal data pursuant to Section 27, paragraph 1 of Act No. 18/2018 on the protection of personal data and on amendments and supplements to other laws (effective from 25.5.2018), until it is verified whether the legitimate reasons on the part of the operator outweigh the legitimate reasons of the data subject.
If there is a suspicion that personal data is being processed unlawfully, the data subject has the right to file a motion to initiate proceedings on personal data protection with the Office for Personal Data Protection.
